S&N Pump Co. is committed to conducting business in a manner that protects the health and safety of employees, contractors and the general public while maintaining the quality of the environment in which it is operated.

Through management, leadership, and employee involvement, S&N Pump Co. pledges to:

• Continually improve environmental, health and safety performance results with a management system de- signed to establish goals and assess performance.

• Continually endeavor to manage environmental, health and safety risk through contingency planning, emer- gency preparedness, response and recovery programs and the training of our employees in environmental, health and safety compliance.

• Identify and eliminate potential hazards. Control and safely manage those hazards that can not be elimi- nated.

• Promote open communication throughout the organi- zation, the community and with applicable regulatory agencies on environmental, health and safety matters.
